✩ If you decide to put them in a washer machine, make sure to use a mash laundry bag to protect your precious pieces from damage and prevent them from tangling with other clothes.

✩ Remember - your lingerie will last longer if washed by hand rather than in the machine.

✩ Wash your lingerie on cold water. It preserves the elasticity and colors.

✩ Hang to dry. Never put lingerie in the dryer.

REFUND POLICY

✩ If your lingerie piece does not work for you we can offer you an exchange or shop credit.

✩ Notify us within three days of receiving that you want to return or exchange and your reasons for that.

✩ The item(s) need to be shipped back to us within a week of your delivery.

✩ There are no returns allowed for panties and bodysuits due to hygiene purposes.

✩ Please note that items on sale are not eligible for exchange or credits.
